Teacher Tutor Mentor

Sometimes you need a teacher, sometimes you need a tutor and sometimes you need a mentor.

We understand the subtle art of knowing which role is needed, when it is required, and in just the right measure to nurture young minds and help them thrive.

Our approach is about more than academic achievement; it’s about inspiring confidence, cultivating a sharpness of thought, and encouraging a reflective, agile mind. We guide each learner to develop a depth of understanding and a brilliance that extends beyond the classroom.

With patience, insight, and care, we help each student grow at their own pace—building a lifelong foundation for success.

Accountability

We are deeply committed to your child’s success. Acting as dedicated partners in their educational journey, we engage with your child as a conscientious parent would—nurturing their potential with care and attention.

With a profound understanding of school curricula and the principles of high-performance learning, we collaborate closely with your child’s school, ensuring that everyone involved is aligned and accountable to our shared goal of fostering excellence. Together, we create a supportive and empowering environment where your child can thrive.

Personalisation

With the right blend of exceptional teaching, tutoring, and mentoring, every child can transform into a high-performance learner. We harness our students’ unique strengths, ensuring they retain their sparkle even within the complexities of busy educational systems.

Meet the founder: Aleisha House.

My passion for education ignited in childhood, when I would imagine and illustrate what classrooms should embody and how teachers could inspire. Traditional norms were never part of my vision; instead, I envisioned magical classrooms where students thrived and loved to learn.

In our quest to educate young minds, we must draw out the innate creativity, compassion, and courage that reside within them. To achieve this, we guide and encourage, illuminating the extraordinary potential each student possesses.

Unfortunately, many schools continue to rely heavily on an industrial model of mass-produced learning, adhering to rigid curricula and often placing too much emphasis on textbooks. In doing so, they overlook the wonderful individuals who require tailored care and support.

By combining my love for education and positive psychology with my passion for linguistics, I founded Teacher Tutor Mentor. My mission is clear: no student should ever feel they have failed the education system when, in reality, it is the system that has failed them.

Testimonials

“Aleisha was my son Christian's English teacher and mentor for five years at St. Gilgen International School. Her exceptional teaching approach brought out the best in each child, regardless of their level. Thanks to Aleisha's guidance, Christian quickly overcame his initial struggle with English, becoming a confident and independent student who could participate in class like a native speaker, even in his final school years, Christian became School Captain. We are forever grateful for Aleisha's invaluable contribution to Christian's education”

“Aleisha has made a life long impact on my children’s academic life. She taught both of my boys and was an inspiration, encouraging them to develop a love of learning and a hugely curious nature. Our youngest son, who is severely dyslexic, joined Aleisha’s class with an appetite for learning, but faced so many challenges, but with her perseverance Aleisha coaxed him to over come many of his challenges and developed strategies to get the very best from Edward. Our eldest son, also dyslexic, was not a lover of learning and would far rather be outside taking part in alpine sports, yet Aleisha encouraged him to be a keen learner by taking much off the learning outside the classroom and reacting it to the amazing environment the school was based in. Aleisha fuelled his passions and adapted the learning to encourage and inspire him. With both boys, she made the learning real and the taking the education to exciting places, such as Venice, Biarritz and Paris just increased their motivation to succeed to be the best version of themselves. I cannot thank her enough for the influence she has had on the boys.”
